The Hearth range: cast iron with a colored enamel exterior and a machined-smooth bare iron cooking surface. Skillets in 8, 10 and 12 inches, Dutch ovens in 3.5, 5.5 and 7.5 quarts, a braiser and a grill pan. Every piece works on induction and goes into a 260 °C (500 °F) oven. Flint, Clay or Sage.
