The Bench Handle Sleeve is a 15 cm silicone sleeve, 0.05 kg (0.1 lb), that slides over the handle of a hot skillet so you can lift it bare-handed off the burner or out of the oven. It fits handles 15 to 24 cm long, which is every Hearth skillet, the Hearth Grill Pan 10 in and every Forge skillet.

It stays on in the oven to 230 °C (450 °F) and comes off for the broiler. Dishwasher safe. Three colors, matching the Hearth enamel: Flint, Clay and Sage.

Questions

Does it fit the Forge Skillet 12 in's 24 cm handle? Yes, at the top of the range. It also fits the 15 cm handle on the Hearth Skillet 8 in; the silicone stretches to grip either.

Can I leave it on in the oven? Up to 230 °C. Above that, and under the broiler, take it off and use a cloth.

Does it fit the Forge Wok 12 in or the Bright pans? No. The wok has a wooden stick handle that stays cool, and the Bright handles are stainless and shaped differently. The sleeve is for Hearth and Forge skillet handles.
