Refund policy

We accept returns of unused cookware in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@whitesmithcookware.com with your order number to start a return; we'll send a prepaid label for orders shipped within the United States. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Pans that have been seasoned, cooked in, or washed are not returnable, but they are covered by our warranty for defects in materials or workmanship: lifetime on cast iron and carbon steel, 25 years on stainless steel, 2 years on silicone handle sleeves. The warranty does not cover thermal shock, dishwasher damage to cast iron or carbon steel, chipping from metal on enamel, or normal wear of the seasoning. To make a claim, email hello@whitesmithcookware.com with your order number and photos; we repair, replace, or refund at our choice.
