Hearth Grill Pan 10 in

The Hearth Grill Pan 10 in is a square pan for grill marks indoors: 26 cm on each side (10.2 in), a 24 cm ribbed cooking surface, 4 cm deep, 2.8 kg (6.2 lb). The ribs are 6 mm tall, so fat drains into the channels while the tops of the ribs sear a burger, a chicken breast, or a slab of halloumi. The ribs and channels are machined from the raw casting and left bare, so this surface seasons in use like the Hearth skillets. The exterior is vitreous enamel, offered in three colors.

Cast iron, 4 mm at the wall. An 18 cm handle, and a pour spout in each corner so the fat in the channels drains without a mess. Oven-safe to 260 °C (500 °F); induction-ready. How big a steak fits on the grill surface? The ribbed area is 24 cm square, so one large steak or two burgers with room to turn them. For four burgers at once, use the flat 25.5 cm surface of the Hearth Skillet 12 in.
