Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from Whitesmith Cookware at whitesmithcookware.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices. Every specification on a product page (dimensions, weight, capacity, materials, oven-safe temperature) describes the item as sold. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. We may correct an error in a listing before an order ships, and will tell you if that changes your order.

Orders and shipping. We ship within the United States under our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Returns and the warranty are governed by our Refund policy.

Use of cookware. Follow the care instructions on each product page. Cast iron and carbon steel are heavy and hold heat; handle with a dry cloth or the Bench Handle Sleeve.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
